He was always the professor who went above and beyond for his students, genuinely caring about our growth and making sure no one was left behind. The strong foundation he imparted in college is something I still lean on every single day, and I am truly grateful to have been his student. Even though it has been more than a decade since I left college, he still stays in touch—always wishing the best for me and treating his students like his own children. Retiring is a massive milestone, but his impact isn't stopping anytime soon; it lives on in all the students he inspired over the years.
